FPS Media PH Begins Filming for Doc Carlo Castillo’s KKK AVP Highlighting His Service to Pulileños

Pulilan, Bulacan – April 4, 2025

The FPS Media PH team officially began production on the “KKK” Audio-Visual Presentation (AVP) for Doc Carlo Castillo, mayoral candidate of Pulilan, Bulacan. The AVP highlights Doc Carlo’s dedication to the Pulileño community through his flagship advocacy: Kalusugan, Karunungan, at Kabuhayan.

Well known for his Hospital On Wheels medical missions, Doc Carlo has consistently advanced healthcare access, education, and livelihood support for Pulileños. The AVP is designed to capture the real-life impact of his initiatives and the stories of the people they have benefited.

The first day of filming, held on April 4, 2025, focused on the Karunungan and Kabuhayan aspects of Doc Carlo’s program. FPS Media PH conducted interviews with alumni of BSU Pulilan Extension and graduates of PUP Pulilan, who shared how educational opportunities made possible through Doc Carlo’s programs helped shape their success. For the Kabuhayan segment, the team visited Greenergie, a local waste management facility that provides regular employment—with benefits—to mangangalakal (recyclers) and has also hired graduates and scholars supported by Doc Carlo’s initiatives, further strengthening local livelihood opportunities.

Beyond medical missions, Doc Carlo and his family have contributed to Pulilan’s growth by providing scholarships, donating land for schools, and creating stable employment pathways, all of which have had a lasting positive impact on the community.

A total of 11 interviews were completed during the first day of filming, capturing authentic stories of transformation and progress. FPS Media PH is proud to document these inspiring efforts and looks forward to completing the AVP, which will spotlight Doc Carlo Castillo’s unwavering dedication to Kalusugan, Karunungan, at Kabuhayan in Pulilan.
