Frames Per Second Media produced custom media shirts for the members of the Salin-Lente Pulilan Film Society, a youth organization in Pulilan, Bulacan.
The organization is composed of student members from various schools in Pulilan, including Dampol 2nd National High School, Sta. Peregrina High School, Bajet-Castillo High School, Virgilio V. Dionisio Memorial High School, and Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Pulilan Campus. These students are currently undergoing continuous training in multimedia and filmmaking.
Frames Per Second Media serves as the training partner of the program, providing hands-on instruction in mobile photography, DSLR use, and basic multimedia production. Through a series of workshops and practical sessions, the students are being guided to develop both their technical skills and creative approach to visual storytelling.
The production of media shirts forms part of this broader training initiative. The shirts will serve as the group’s official attire during media coverage, and production activities, giving members a unified and professional appearance while representing the organization.
Beyond identification, the media shirts symbolize the progress of the students as they move from basic training toward more advanced media work. It reflects their growing role as young content creators being prepared for opportunities both within Pulilan and outside the local level.
This initiative highlights the combined effort of Vice Mayor Atty. Imee Cruz and Frames Per Second Media in building a strong foundation for youth development in multimedia. By pairing skills training with organizational support and resources, the program continues to empower aspiring creatives and strengthen the Salin-Lente Pulilan Film Society as a developing community of young filmmakers.
