Multimedia Workshop Leads to Formation of Salin-Lente Pulilan Film Society

A Multimedia Training was held on January 18, 2026, at the VM AIC Headquarters in Brgy. Sto. Cristo, Pulilan, as part of the youth media development initiative under Vice Mayor Atty. Imee DJ. Cruz and facilitated by Frames Per Second Media.
The training was attended by students from Dampol 2nd National High School, Sta. Peregrina High School, Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Pulilan Campus and many others. The session aimed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of multimedia.
Alongside the training, an election of officers was conducted for the newly formed Salin-Lente Pulilan Film Society. The organization was established to serve as a collective for young individuals with an interest in multimedia and filmmaking, providing a platform for collaboration, skills development, and creative projects.
The formation of the Salin-Lente Pulilan Film Society marked an important step in strengthening youth engagement in the creative arts and media in Pulilan. It is expected to support aspiring filmmakers and multimedia practitioners by fostering teamwork, continuous learning, and participation in future media-related activities.
The activity combined skills training with organization-building, reinforcing the program’s goal of nurturing young talent and creating sustainable opportunities for growth in multimedia and filmmaking within the community.
