Salin-Lente students join FPS Media PH for PUP Pulilan graduation livestream

PULILAN, Bulacan — Members of Salin-Lente: Pulilan Film Society collaborated with FPS Media PH, with the support of Vice Mayor Atty. Imee Cruz, to livestream the 18th Commencement Exercises of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines–Pulilan Campus (PUP Pulilan) held September 9 at Villa Lorenzo Resort Center.

The Salin-Lente production team was led by organization president Ishabel “Isha” Bantilo of Sta. Peregrina High School, together with members James Timothy de Leon, Karole Louise Adriano, Jasmine Asuncion, and Mark Jansen Olinares.

During the production, the students worked alongside FPS Media PH personnel and were guided by Senior Cameraman Aga Barba and Technical Operator Lex Aya-ay, allowing them to experience the workflow and technical requirements of an actual multi-camera livestream production.

The project served as a practical application of the students’ continuing media training, where skills developed through workshops and training sessions were applied in covering a major academic event.

The students’ continuing training is supported by Vice Mayor Atty. Imee Cruz, while FPS Media PH provides technical guidance and hands-on opportunities aimed at developing their skills in livestreaming and multimedia production.

Through the collaboration, Salin-Lente members were able to take an active role in delivering the commencement ceremony online while gaining practical experience in a professional production environment.
