TOYCON Nexus PH 2026 Opens at SMX Manila

PASAY CITY — TOYCON Nexus x PopLife Festival 2026 officially opened Friday, June 12, 2026 at the SMX Convention Center Manila, bringing together toy collectors, artists, cosplayers, gamers, creators, and pop culture fans for the first day of the three-day convention.

Celebrating its 23rd year, TOYCON Philippines runs from June 12 to 14 under the theme “All Fandoms, One TOYCON.” The convention features toys and collectibles, cosplay, gaming tournaments, exhibits, live entertainment, exclusive merchandise, and appearances by local and international guests.

Among this year’s featured guests are Japanese artist Yoshitaka Amano, known for his work on the Final Fantasy series; Japanese actress Reiko Chiba; Korean model and cosplay personality Eunji Pyo; cosplayer and gaming personality Alodia Gosiengfiao; and singer Jed Madela.

The event’s livestream coverage is being carried out in collaboration with longtime livestream partner FPS Media PH, together with high school student members of Salin-Lente: Pulilan Film Society.

FPS Media PH provides the students with training in media production, and their participation in the TOYCON livestream serves as part of their hands-on experience. Working alongside the production team allows the students to apply their skills in an actual large-scale event environment.

TOYCON Nexus x PopLife Festival 2026 continues at the SMX Convention Center Manila through June 14, with activities scheduled throughout the three-day celebration.
