PSHS System IGNITE Forum Gathers Campus Directors to Strengthen Science and Technology Education

Quezon City, Philippines – April 10, 2025

The Philippine Science High School (PSHS) System successfully hosted its IGNITE Forum on April 10, 2025, bringing together campus directors from across the PSHS network to solidify their commitment to advancing science and technology education nationwide. The forum served as a platform to strengthen partnerships aimed at enhancing the infrastructure and resources available for STEM education.

The event emphasized the PSHS System’s mission to establish and sustain state-of-the-art research and development laboratories, equipped with advanced instruments, specialized tools, and digital learning technologies. By developing specialized labs in Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Genomics, Engineering, Food Technology, and Fabrication, PSHS seeks to promote interdisciplinary research, student-led innovation, and experiential learning.

The forum called on private and public sector partners to support this vision, ensuring that students across all campuses have the resources and facilities they need to excel in scientific exploration and technological advancement.
