Two student members of the Salin-Lente Pulilan Film Society, a youth-based multimedia organization composed of students from different schools in Pulilan trained in photography, videography, and livestream production, were given the opportunity to attend Day 2 of TOYCON Summer Prelude 2026, held at Okada Manila on April 11–12, 2026.

The organization is part of a broader youth development initiative supported by the Office of Vice Mayor Atty. Imee DJ. Cruz, with training and mentorship provided by Frames Per Second Media. Members undergo hands-on workshops and are given real event exposure to develop their skills in multimedia and storytelling.

Through this initiative, Franzine Lozada and Queen Icelle De Jesus visited the event for a few hours last Sunday as part of their exposure to large-scale media environments.

During their time at the venue, the students took photos of performances and cosplayers while exploring the booths inside the Crystal Pavilion. The experience allowed them to observe and practice in a real event setting, even within a limited timeframe.

They were guided by senior members of FPS Media, with support from a staff member of the Vice Mayor’s Office, ensuring that they were assisted throughout their visit.

The activity served as an initial exposure and preparation for the upcoming TOYCON 2026 main event, also known as TOYCON X, scheduled on June 12–14, 2026, at SMX Convention Center Manila.

This opportunity gave the students a glimpse of large-scale event environments, helping them build confidence and prepare for bigger responsibilities in future media activities.
